1. Preparation
- Wash skin area with soap and water where adhesive is to be applied. Make sure all hair is away from scalp where adhesive to be applied. Do not allow any hair to get under the adhesive. If necessary trim or shave hair where adhesive is to be applied.
- Dry skin thoroughly.

2. "Formula A"
- Remove cap and apply Formula A to scalp area and behind the ear where adhesive is to be applied. Tighten cap securely after use.

3. Timing
- Cut the card in 4 strips or desired size.
Wait 30-40 seconds after applying Formula A.

4. Adhesive Card
- Cut card approximately 1/4 inch or desired width, peel back the paper on one side of the adhesive strip without touching strip with your fingers. DO NOT TOUCH ADHESIVE.

5. Apply
- Apply Ear Tucks Adhesvie Strip to area behind the ear or on the scalp first, whichever is most comfortable for you. Peel off the outer paper of the adhesive strip.
DO NOT TOUCH ADHESIVE WITH FINGERS.

6. Secure the Ear
- Remove outer paper from adhesive on ear or scalp.
- Press ear and adhesive to scalp.

8. Formula B
- When there is an adhesive build up, spray "Formula B" on area, wipe dry, then clean with soap and water.

IMPORTANT:STORE STRIPS IN REFRIGERATOR
KEEP COOL AND SEALED IN BAG AT ALL TIMES UNTIL USE.
Formula 1 or Formula 2, in rare cases, may cause an allergic reaction - stop use. You must follow these precautions: Do not use if you have sensitive, itchy or damaged skin or scalp. If you have pierced areas where the adhesive is applied, the reaction of an allergic reaction may be increased. Avoid contact of these products with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately. keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to children under the age of 12.
CAUTION:COMBUSTIBLE. FLAMMABLE. Do not use or store near open flame! Products are for external use only. Before using, test on small area of skin. Avoid eye contact. Do not store above 120 degrees. Tighten caps properly after use. Read and follow instructions correctly.
